Kate Malcolm had NO idea that she’d end up living in Canada…
In 2016, she left England to go backpacking around South-East Asia. After 35 days of solo adventures, she hit it off with a handsome Canadian on the paradise Thai island, Koh Tao. Sparks flew as they traveled 5 countries together, and lived in Australia for a year - Until finally, they had to decide where to return ‘home’ to… England or Canada? Canada won! 7.5 years later, they got married, built a dream lakefront home in Ontario, and recently welcomed a baby girl, Sienna.
Today, Kate is the host of the New to Canada podcast where she connects with other internationals who’ve made the big move.
